Fleet Timber Products.

We carry in stock a large range of cacassing timber, planed softwood, skirtings, flooring, CLS studwork timber, shiplap log lap, framing timber and sheet materials including hardwood and softwood plywood, MDF, OSB, flooring grade chipboard, hardboard and phenolic-coated plywood.

Our fencing stocks include posts, cant rails, square rails (i.e. 3.66x38x88mm) half round rails, round stakes, gravel boards, featheredge boarding, fence panels, garden sleepers and field gates.

We also offer a good quality decking, the size stocked is ex 38x125 (33x120 finished size) in 3.6, 4.2, 4.8 and 6.0 metre lengths. We can also supply handrails, newel posts and spindles, etc. These can be supplied in heather green or brown.

The colour of TANTONE® pressure treated timber slowly weathers to a warm, honey brown and in the longer term to a natural silver gray. If required, the brown colour can be refreshed with a brush-on colour product.

When installing TANTONE® pressure treated timber, any timber surface exposed to cross cutting, drilling, notching or boring must be brushed with ENSELE®, end-grain preservative to maintain the integrity of the treatment.

As TANTONE® pressure treated timber is a high performance product, it is appropriate to use metal fixing and fastenings that give a comparable service life. Under normal conditions, the use of hot dipped galvanised nails, screws and fixing is recommended.
